However, if there are any issues with craftsmanship or quality, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will assess the issue and provide a repair or replacement if necessary to ensure your satisfaction.

While we do not offer exchanges due to the personalized nature of our creations, we stand by the quality of our craftsmanship.
