This tote bag is crafted from your own clothes, so it is a customized item and cannot be returned or exchanged.
However,if you have any issues with the craftsmanship or quality, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
We will assess the issues and provide a repair or replacement if necessary to ensure your satisfaction.

While we do not offer exchanges due to the personalized nature of our creations, we stand by the quality of our craftsmanship.
